Description

Welcome butterflies, bees and birds into your yard with the Pollinators’ Paradise Garden! Brilliant flowers throughout the gardening season provide nectar and pollen, while native plants host caterpillars and other larvae.  Hummingbirds sip from the Sunset Hyssop, Painted Lady butterflies enjoy the Rabbitbrush, and bumble bees dive into the Sunburst Amethyst Penstemon. The growing season begins with purple Catmint and yellow Basket of Gold, and concludes in the deep blues of the Dark Knight Spirea, oranges and pinks of the Sunset Hyssop, and golden yellow of the Rabbitbrush. This 15 plant full sun garden covers 60 square feet and will keep your landscape buzzing with life all summer long.

FAQs

What is a “Garden In A Box” and what does it include?

Most simply put, “Garden In A Box” is an easy, professionally designed, do it yourself Xeric (low water) perennial or veggie garden kit.

Gardens include 14-30 starter plants that come in either 4-inch or 2.5-inch pots. These plants come in rectangular 2 ft. x 1 ft. trays (see photo below), and will be hardened-off and ready to plant when you pick them up!

Flat Sample

Each garden also includes 1-3 professionally designed plant by number maps that make it easy to install your own perennial or vegetable garden at home, and a comprehensive Plant and Care Guide that includes everything you will need to know to prepare for, plant, and maintain your new garden.

We Take Care of the Design For You!

I've always wanted flower gardens, to reduce the lawn size, and have been completely overwhelmed with finding plants that would work together (diameter, height, watering needs, sun requirements, colors, blooming sequence, etc., etc.), plus learning how to keep the plants alive. The Garden In A Box concept is perfect for me because I can focus on how to make a happy home for the plants; someone else has done the selection..... All I have to do is follow the numbered diagram. This is sooooo fun!!!

We planted Pollinators' Paradise last year (2015) and it is just beautiful this year (2016). It's thriving and blooming and we just love it.
