Garden Consultations

Whether this is your first time planting a new landscape, or you are just looking to brush up on your skills, the CRC is here to help. The CRC has partnered with an expert gardening coach that will come to your home for a on-on-one consultation that includes the following:

  • A one-hour consultation, find the ideal site to plant a garden.
  • An opportunity to ask questions and gain information on the Garden-In-A-Box and Urban Farm Garden selections.
  • Discuss questions regarding soil type and possible amendments needed prior to planting your garden
  • Answer any additional questions regarding care and long term maintenance of your garden.

Cost: $65 – Garden Site Consultation, up to 1 hour service.

Garden Planting Services

Planting a new garden doesn’t have to be a chore. Let us do all the dirty work for you! The CRC has partnered with a local gardener to make it as easy as possible to create a beautiful lasting landscape using the Garden-In-A-Box or Urban Farm Garden kit. The Garden Planting service includes the following:

  • Our gardening partner arrives on location with the tools necessary to plant a Garden-In-A-Box or Urban Farm Garden kit.  This service allows time to plant one garden.
  • Additional gardens may be planted for an hourly rate.

Cost: $130 per garden

Add – On Services

  • Lawn removal
  • Construction of a raised bed
  • Drip kit installation with or without the control clock
  • Package prices for multiple services
  • Delivery service

Please Note: The garden site must be prepared by you ahead of  planting time. For example, if a lawn needs to be removed either you or a a local landscaping or turf removal expert needs to take care of this before the appointment.

Although most of our customers use the professional garden design provided in the Garden-In-A-Box or Urban Farm Garden kit, some choose to change the design and use plants in locations throughput the yard. Minor changes are acceptable and should be discussed with the gardener ahead of the planting visit. Major change can result in an increased fee.
