Eric has been a Residential Mortgage Lender for more than 5 years, assisting thousands of clients in the Colorado area to better understand the lending process and especially to make Loan Experts of his first-time homebuyers. Education, Ethics, Communication, and Sustainability are the four cornerstones of Eric Peltier’s and Dovetail Lending’s business practices.
Dan Glick, Resident, Nyland Cohousing
Dan has lived at Nyland CoHousing for 14 years. He is an author and journalist who has written frequently about natural resource issues for Newsweek, National Geographic, Smithsonian and Audubon magazines, among many others. He was a co-instigator of a successful community funding program to install 90 kW -- and counting -- of photovoltaic systems at Nyland.
Larry Hoyt, Boulder County Attorney
Larry has served as Boulder County Attorney since 1986. He graduated with honors from the University of Colorado and received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law, after having served on the staff of the California Western Law Review. He is a past President of the Colorado County Attorneys Association. He is a past Chair of the International Municipal Lawyers Association Counties and Special Municipal Districts Department. He has lectured extensively on local government law issues, with a particular emphasis on government finance, environmental law, and intergovernmental relations.
