CRC’s 2007 ReWards Recipients
Honoring Some of Colorado’s Best in Resource Conservation and Sustainability

We are proud to announce the following winners of this year’s ReWards and will honor these individuals at our 3rd Annual Dinner and Auction on February 1st, 2008, at the Boulder Theater.
Waste Reduction ReWard: Haul Away Recycling
Water Conservation ReWard: Aurora Water
Energy Conservation ReWard: Colorado Governor’s Energy Office
Overall Community Conservation ReWard: Shanahan Neighbors for Climate Action
Please join us in congratulating these recipients! Tickets are still available for the event at www.conservationcenter.org/events.htm.

Book ad space for the spring edition of Conservation Magazine
Advertise in a targeted & relevant publication.
Twice each year, we publish Conservation Magazine, a free resource made available to all CRC donors and thousands of Front Range community members via CRC events, workshops, and outreach education programs.
Conservation Magazine is not your average free publication. Distribution is focused on people that come to us looking for information on how they can live a more sustainable life. We focus each issue on seasonal topics which allows our advertisers to target specific audiences. This spring we will focus on water and energy conservation as well as how they relate to Boulder’s new Green Points program.
To reserve ad space or for additional information contact Amy Johnson at: email@example.com or 303-441-3278 x18.
The CRC needs a General Contractor
We are planning to move our office and need your help.
The CRC is moving its office in 2008! VaST high-performance architecture and green design is donating design services. Now we just need a contractor to round out the design team. We have a limited budge and plan to incorporate salvaged materials from the ReSource yard into the tenant finish of our new office. If you would like to be considered for the team, contact Keith to discuss the scope of the project. If you would like to be considered for the team, contact Keith (303-441-3278 ext. 14 or firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss the scope of the project.
Recycle your Printer Cartridges at CRC
Make sure your cartridges are not being sent to developing countries
Wondering how to recycle your empty printer cartridges? Drop them off at the CRC office on 1702 Walnut Street in Downtown Boulder and avoid your cartridges being sent to third world countries. It's common that empty cartridges are sent to third world countries which is having a devastating effect on the environment and people in these areas. In addition, if you purchase a ‘renewed’ cartridge from EcoGreenOffice a portion of the proceeds will be returned to the CRC for our conservation efforts.
