For over thirty years, the Center for ReSource Conservation has helped our local community live independently and sustainably. Beyond reducing greenhouse gas emissions, CRC’s work conserves energy, water, and landfill resources.
In 2010 alone, CRC’s programs achieved the following:
Helping 1,760 homeowners throughout the Front Range reduce their water bills and water use through outdoor water audits;
Assisting 700 homeowners adopt low-water use xeriscape gardens through the sale of CRC’s “Garden-In-A-Box”,
Guiding over 250 homeowners throughout Boulder County reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions by arranging energy audits and action plans for their homes,
Creating an estimated $1.5 million of business that supported private sector green jobs,
Diverting 2.6 million pounds from the landfill in Boulder and Fort Collins.
Help the CRC continue its impactful programs in 2011.
